Lucky factory is equipped with various types of precision measuring instruments and other supporting equipments for quality measurement, such as Germany made fully programmable ZEISS CMM , ltaly made COORD CMM, video measuring scope and other instruments.
Lucky quality assurance is achieved from detailed analysis and continuous improvement of the processes, to ensure customer satisfaction Lucky has an effective quality management system. Lucky will provide F.A.I report and SPC control plan for production. All incoming and outgoing materials are RoHs 2.0 compliance, raw material certificates and independent SGS reports are available for all material.
