Mold Design and Fabrication

Lucky Electronics Technologies specializes in mold design and fabrication for customers. The company boasts a team of seasoned mold design engineers and toolroom professionals, with all molds developed in-house by its technical design team using advanced software such as AutoCAD, UG, Pro/E, and SolidWorks. Complemented by high-end Japanese equipment—including Sodick CNC machines, EDM, and wire-cut machines—its robust expertise and technical capabilities enable the production of high-quality, precision molds tailored to meet customer requirements.

Prior to mold fabrication, the company’s design engineers prepare a Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis. This, along with Mold Flow simulations, forms part of the comprehensive mold analysis presented to customers. These deliverables facilitate clear communication by helping customers understand key mold structures, such as gating locations, parting lines, insert/slider/lifter configurations, and ejection systems.
