Mold Design

Lucky Electronics Technologies (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. provides in‑house mold design and manufacturing services for our clients. Our team comprises seasoned, competent and collaborative design engineers and tool‑room specialists.

All mold development is completed internally by our engineering team utilizing industry‑leading CAD platforms including AutoCAD, UG NX, Pro/E and SolidWorks. Our facility is fitted with high‑end Sodick‑brand CNC, EDM and wire-cut machining equipment sourced from Japan. Leveraging our extensive domain expertise and technical capabilities, we deliver high-quality, high-precision molds that fully satisfy customer specifications.

Prior to mold manufacturing, our design engineers conduct a comprehensive DFM (Design for Manufacturability) assessment. DFM analysis coupled with mold‑flow simulation is deployed for mold feasibility evaluation, alongside technical alignment with customers. This enables clients to gain clear visibility over critical mold attributes such as gate location, parting line configuration, polymer melt flow behaviour, ejection witness marks and other key design considerations.

In response to varied customer specifications on product sizing and output capacity, Lucky operates 100 imported precision injection molding machines covering 25–680 tons. Key equipment brands are Germany’s Battenfeld and Japan’s Sodick, Toshiba, and Nissei. Our molded products are widely adopted within automotive, industrial electronics and healthcare related industries.
