Lucky Electronics Technologies now has an R&D team integrating software, electronics, structure, optics and other product design capabilities. In the R&D team of 30+ people, 80% have undergraduate degrees, 20% have graduate degrees, and more than 40% have more than 10 years of R&D experience. They have in-car dome lights, ambient lights, USB chargers, R&D experience in various electronic switches and other products

At the same time, a complete R&D project management and control system has been established, including project establishment, progress control, risk management, result evaluation and other links to ensure efficient and high-quality completion of the project.

Mold Design and Fabrication

Lucky Electronics Technologies designs and fabricates molds for customers. Our company has a group of experienced mold design engineers and toolroom team. All molds are designed by our in-house technical design engineers, using advanced software such as Auto CAD, UG, Pro/E, Solid works et al. We are equipped with high-end Japanese Sodick CNC, EDM, and Wire Cut Machines. With our strong expertise, skills, and knowledge, we can fabricate high-quality and precision molds to fulfill customers’ needs.

Lucky Electronics Technologies’s design engineers will prepare the DFM before mold fabrication. DFM and Mold Flow are presented in our Mold Analysis so that we can communicate with our customers better by letting them understand the mold structure such as the gating location, parting line, insert/slider/lifter line, ejection systems, etc.

Injection Molding

To support different sizes of molding parts and production capacity, Lucky Electronics Technologies is equipped with different tonnage injection molding machines for mold testing and mass production. Our injection machines include German Battenfield, Japan Toshiba and Nissei with tonnage ranging from 25 to 680 tons. Our machine-produced parts are widely used in printers, automotive, communication equipment and medical equipment.
